Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer questions via phone, email, chat, or case management systems
Resolve issues by researching solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and following up promptly
Support order processing, account maintenance, and general customer requests
Record all interactions accurately in CRM or ticketing platforms
Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights to help improve service processes
Assist customers with onboarding, product navigation, and troubleshooting
Maintain a professional, customer-first approach in every interaction
Meet established performance and quality metrics
Requirements:
Prior customer service or client support experience required (contact center, administrative, retail support, or hospitality experience welcomed)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing tools, and standard office technologies
Solutions-driven attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
