In this pivotal role, you will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, logistics partners, and the sales team within a stimulating and eco-responsible environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and track incoming client requests related to logistics operations and new accounts
Act as the primary consultative point of contact to identify growth opportunities and document strategic needs in management tools
Coordinate interactions between external partners, subcontractors, and clients to optimize service fluidity
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve operational and logistics issues
Ensure the integrity and updating of client data within the company's management and planning systems
Requirements:
Completed College Diploma (DEC)
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a B2B customer service or inside sales role
Bilingualism (French and English): Full proficiency in French for internal communications and Quebec operations
English is essential as over 50% of clients and carriers are located outside of Quebec (USA/English Canada) and systems (ERP/CRM) are in English
