As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for customers using the company’s online marketplace. You will manage a wide range of enquiries, build trusted relationships, and ensure that every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. You will work closely with internal teams across operations, logistics, finance, sales, and support to resolve issues, manage escalations, and deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Acting as the first contact for customers via phone, email, and digital channels
Handling enquiries related to orders, processes, logistics, finance, and claims
Investigating and resolving customer issues quickly and effectively
Managing escalations and coordinating with internal stakeholders
Building strong, long-term customer relationships through clear communication and service excellence
Requirements:
C2 level Dutch and B2/C1 level English (written and spoken)
Initial experience in customer service, customer support, call centre, or similar roles
Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a calm approach under pressure
Comfortable working with multiple systems (e.g. CRM, ticketing tools, Microsoft Office)
Nice to have:
Experience in automotive, logistics, or digital marketplaces is an advantage but not essential
