Job Description:

A growing company in San Marcos is on the hunt for a talented Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about helping clients and thrives in detail-oriented roles.

Job Responsibility:

Assist customers with inquiries regarding financial products and account services via phone and email
Process transactions, document account updates, and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Provide clear explanations of financial policies and procedures to customers
Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards
Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer resolutions and build lasting satisfaction

Requirements:

Prior customer service experience preferred, especially within the financial services industry
Excellent listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
