Job Responsibility

  • Provide superior customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism and efficiency
  • Handle inbound calls in a high-volume call center setting while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to manage and prioritize incoming calls effectively
  • Perform accurate data entry to document customer interactions and maintain records
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Utilize Windows PC systems to access and update customer information
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies to provide consistent and accurate information
  • Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further assistance
  • Monitor call center operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Uphold a positive and helpful attitude while managing challenging situations with customers

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints effectively
  • Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and managing inbound calls
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Windows PC systems and related software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in handling various customer scenarios
