Job Responsibility:

Handle inbound calls in a high-volume call center setting while ensuring customer satisfaction
Operate multi-line phone systems to manage and prioritize incoming calls effectively
Perform accurate data entry to document customer interactions and maintain records
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Utilize Windows PC systems to access and update customer information
Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies to provide consistent and accurate information
Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further assistance
Monitor call center operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Uphold a positive and helpful attitude while managing challenging situations with customers
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints effectively
Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and managing inbound calls
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with Windows PC systems and related software
