About the Opportunity: Reporting into the Head of Operations this role plays a pivotal role in delivering customer excellence through order management, delivery coordination, and customer issue resolution. Acting as the primary Customer Service point of contact within the function, you will manage complex queries, ensure system accuracy, and maintain strong alignment between Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Supply, and third-party logistics providers. Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment
Coordinate delivery schedules and maintain alignment with third-party logistics providers
Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer queries and issue resolution
Maintain the system and inventory, ensuring accurate data across all platforms
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply, Operations, and external partners to deliver commercially sound outcomes
Monitor service performance trends, analyse root causes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Support product launches, promotional activity, and service enhancement projects
Act as a trusted brand ambassador for both the organisation and its brand principal partners
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain coordination
Previous experience within an FMCG business
Strong understanding of inventory management and third-party logistics alignment
Demonstrated ability to manage complex queries and deliver solution-focused outcomes
High level of system accuracy and attention to detail
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
Proactive, accountable mindset with a continuous improvement approach
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
