Based at our headquarters in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, we are seeking dedicated Customer Resolutions Specialist to join our Customer Service delivery team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our domestic customers receive top-tier service and support throughout their lifecycle with Miele products.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver premium customer service via email and phone
Investigate, address and resolve customer complaints promptly
Ensure strong communication between global Contact Centre, local team and field based colleagues
Handle administrative duties related to service orders, sales orders, and appliance needs
