Reporting to the Inventory, Purchasing and Customer Services Manager, you will join a team of three and play a hands-on role delivering excellent customer service and after sale care to both internal and external stakeholders. Day to day, you will manage and release sales orders to meet warehouse cut-offs, handle inbound calls and emails, resolve credit queries, and coordinate deliveries and stock pickups. You will liaise regularly with the warehouse and finance teams, manage group email inboxes, and keep customers and account managers informed throughout. When colleagues are on leave, you will step in to backfill their responsibilities as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Airport Oaks. Core hours are 8am to 4:30pm.
