Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a portfolio of Inbound and Outbound calls and correspondence, ensuring everything is handled with care, within set SLAs, and according to company standards
  • Provide an exceptional and empathetic customer experience, creating lasting positive outcomes for our clients and ensuring their needs are always met
  • Follow thoughtful processes and techniques to support revenue-driving initiatives, always with a focus on delivering consistent and meaningful results
  • Promote new business and sales initiatives, ensuring customers are well-informed and their journeys are smooth and seamless at every touch point
  • Actively engage in process and service improvements, seeking out ways to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric role is essential, with a background in navigating complex organizations being a valuable asset
  • You are comfortable working in a phone based role within a structured, KPI driven environment
  • You have a natural ability to interpret and analyse complex information, drawing meaningful insights and thoughtfully considering all options to make informed decisions
  • You excel at building and nurturing strong relationships with both customers and stakeholders, making others feel heard and valued
  • Highly organized and skilled in prioritizing, you can easily balance multiple tasks and demands with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in using systems, software, databases, and communication tools, you ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
