Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and success-driven Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Corona, California. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, service coordination, and administrative support. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of a company in the construction and fire safety industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, addressing service requests and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience
  • Coordinate and dispatch service technicians and drivers to job sites, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services
  • Prepare detailed invoices, pricing information, and cost confirmations for service repairs while maintaining accurate records
  • Schedule, monitor, and track service work orders to guarantee timely completion and adherence to client expectations
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their service requests, ensuring clear and consistent communication
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to offer accurate information and recommendations
  • Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and operational processes
  • Manage customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution in alignment with company policies
  • Assist in refining customer service procedures to enhance the overall client experience
  • Follow company policies and safety regulations to maintain compliance in all aspects of the role

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
  • Strong ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with customer service and dispatching software
  • Knowledge of the construction or fire safety industry is highly desirable
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely, effective decisions under pressure
