We are looking for passionate Customer Service Specialists to join our growing team (French, German and Italian) and help us deliver an outstanding experience to our community across Europe.

Job Responsibility

  • Support and advise customers via phone, email, and social media
  • Handle enquiries related to orders, deliveries, transport issues, and the CrowdFarming philosophy
  • Resolve incidents in a proactive, solution-oriented way
  • Promote conscious and sustainable consumption through every interaction
  • Collect and share customer insights with internal teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Translate and proofread website content in your native language

Requirements

  • Native-level speaker of French, German, or Italian
  • Good command of English (Spanish is a plus)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Professional experience in sales, customer service, logistics, agriculture, and/or online retail is a plus
  • Able to work independently while being a strong team player
  • Flexible, proactive, and ambitious
  • Calm and solution-oriented in stressful or unexpected situations
  • Passionate about sustainability

  • Spanish language skills
