Customer Service Specialist

• Build and maintain strong relationships with over 100 customers daily by providing excellent service
• Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed targets, including call handling time, availability, customer satisfaction, sales, and quality goals
• Address and resolve customer complaints and disputes promptly and effectively
• Stay informed on company products, services, technologies, and procedures to assist customers efficiently
• Adapt to varying shift schedules, including day, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, based on business needs
• Utilize computer systems, reference materials, and multiple screens to resolve complex customer inquiries
• Demonstrate clear and precise communication skills, ensuring proper grammar and pronunciation
• Maintain a composed and attentive demeanor while handling customer interactions using headsets and sitting for extended periods
• Leverage Microsoft Office applications and internet resources to support customer service activities

• At least one year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong verbal communication skills with clear pronunciation and proper grammar
• Ability to manage and resolve complex customer issues using various resources and systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet navigation
• Comfortable using headsets and working in a seated position for long periods
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, based on business needs

Prior experience in call center or banking operations
