Are you looking to join one of Australia’s Big 4 Banks? We are seeking resilient, detail-oriented professionals to join our Business Banking team in South Eveleigh. This is a high-energy, fast-paced contract role where you will be the face of the bank for our business clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handling high-volume, back-to-back calls from business customers
  • Answering queries regarding general business accounts, corporate cards, and digital banking
  • Managing customer complaints and navigating complex emotions with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintaining focus and quality while managing a consistent flow of incoming calls
  • Ensuring high attention to detail when updating records and processing requests

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening ability to provide right-first-time solutions
  • Resilience to handle back-to-back calls and difficult conversations
  • Reliability and commitment to the full contract duration
  • Customer service experience essential
