Job Responsibility
Provide timely and professional support to users, with a strong focus on VIP users, based on feedback and issue reports from the customer service team
Identify, summarize, and report user pain points, needs, and recurring issues, and share practical suggestions for service improvement
Handle urgent user complaints and operational issues during game service activities, and support issue resolution with effective follow-up actions
Monitor market-leading products and participate in competitor research to better understand user expectations and support service optimization
Work closely with internal teams to support business goals and ensure smooth execution of daily customer support tasks
Assist with product launches, promotions, and other operational activities when needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above
English proficiency at B2 level or above
Turkish language proficiency is required
Passion for games
gaming experience is a plus
Previous experience in customer support, online service, or game support is preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility, learning ability, innovation mindset, and teamwork spirit
