Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will assist clients with a variety of banking needs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Your responsibilities will include account management, customer issue resolution, and acting as a liaison across various banking services.

Job Responsibility:

Assist clients with opening new accounts, processing banking requests, and managing updates such as address changes and card activations
Respond to inquiries by researching and resolving customer issues or directing them to the appropriate banking resources
Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Serve as the primary contact between customers and internal bank departments to ensure timely resolution of issues
Execute data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency to maintain up-to-date records
Support teller operations as needed, ensuring smooth service delivery during busy periods
Handle special projects or additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the banking industry
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with banking services and procedures, including account management and card activation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
Ability to resolve issues independently while maintaining a customer-focused approach
Proficiency in using standard office and banking software
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
