Job Responsibility:
Respond to high-volume customer enquiries via phone and email
Provide timely updates to customers in regards to their orders
Manage queries on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
Resolve customer escalations in an empathetic manner
Update the Salesforce CRM with customer information
Requirements:
Previous Customer Service, Customer Care, Call Centre, Contact Centre, Complaints or Order Processing experience
Experience in Healthcare, Medical Device, or Pharmaceutical industries is a bonus, however not essential
Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers
1 year experience
Secondary School/High School
