Job Responsibility

  • Entering and managing customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Monitoring the status of orders and proactively following up with customers to provide updates and resolve any issues
  • Facilitating clear and effective communication between internal stakeholders including sales representatives, supply chain, factory teams, and pricing departments
  • Handling invoice-related tasks such as processing, corrections, issuing credit/debit notes, and managing non-technical complaints
  • Coordinating delivery logistics with warehouses and transport providers to ensure on-time shipments
  • Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with supply and production teams to maintain product availability
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through responsiveness, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset

Requirements

  • Fluency in Turkish is essential (spoken and written)
  • Conversational level of English
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or order management role
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong advantage
  • Previous experience or academic background in logistics will be considered a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
