Job Responsibility:
Accurately process, verify, and manage customer inquiries related to goods and services
Maintain up-to-date customer service records and ensure timely responses to all customer interactions
Collaborate closely with both Nextshore and client teams to ensure streamlined customer service operations
Implement and adapt to new customer service software and technologies to optimize workflow efficiency
Assist in customer service reporting and support month-end and year-end customer satisfaction processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
Proven track record of success in US-oriented customer service positions, with real estate experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in common CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude and empathy
Fluent in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with customers and stakeholders
Nice to have:
Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata) is highly desirable
