Job Responsibility

  • Accurately process, verify, and manage customer inquiries related to goods and services
  • Maintain up-to-date customer service records and ensure timely responses to all customer interactions
  • Collaborate closely with both Nextshore and client teams to ensure streamlined customer service operations
  • Implement and adapt to new customer service software and technologies to optimize workflow efficiency
  • Assist in customer service reporting and support month-end and year-end customer satisfaction processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Proven track record of success in US-oriented customer service positions, with real estate experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in common CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude and empathy
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with customers and stakeholders

Nice to have

Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata) is highly desirable
