Job Description:

Telstra is hiring for a Retail Sales Consultant who is passionate about outstanding customer service and providing an exceptional in-store customer journey. The role includes showcasing knowledge on the latest tech and gadgets, achieving sales targets, and delivering solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Showcase consultative service and sales superpowers
provide solutions for customer needs
showcase knowledge on cutting-edge tech and gadgets

Requirements:

Able to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
can quickly develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
hungry to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
experience in a customer-facing role
love being in a fast-paced, busy retail environment while still providing excellent customer service
