A Telstra Retail Consultant thrives on making sure customers connect faster, better, smarter. The role involves consultative customer service, showcasing technology, and progressing sales approaches. Includes training on cutting-edge tech.

Job Responsibility:

Delighting customers through outstanding customer service
Providing an exceptional in-store customer journey
Empowering customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience
Developing customised solutions to support customers
Achieving sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

The ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
