Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Telstra, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and showcasing the latest tech and gadgets. You will join a fast-paced, target-driven environment in Port Pirie, South Australia, with great benefits and career opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Provide an exceptional in-store customer journey
Empower customers by identifying products and services they need
Showcase knowledge of the latest tech and gadgets
Support and provide solutions for customers
Achieve sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
Ability to develop customised solutions for customers quickly
Drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
Hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
Love for being in a fast-paced, busy retail environment while providing excellent customer service
