Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you're responsible for delivering excellent customer service and sales experience, offering tech and telecom solutions, and achieving team targets and KPIs in a fast-paced retail setting.

Job Responsibility:

Providing exceptional in-store customer experience
showcasing knowledge of cutting-edge tech and gadgets
supporting and providing solutions for customers
achieving sales targets and KPIs
continuous skill enhancement through training

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
capacity to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
eagerness to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
love for working in a fast-paced, busy retail environment
