We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Coleshill. This is a full-time, office-based role offering stable, ongoing temporary work for at least 6-9 months. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service while supporting sales and operations functions.
Job Responsibility:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and occasionally face-to-face
Processing sales orders and updating internal systems accurately
Preparing invoices and credit notes, and handling billing queries
Taking customer payments (cash and card)
Maintaining accurate records and supporting daily banking reconciliation
Supporting sales and operations teams with administrative tasks
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Updating stock systems and escalating complex queries when required
Requirements:
Previous customer service or administrative experience
Confident communication skills (phone, email, and face-to-face)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Confidence handling payments
Full, clean UK manual driving licence
Nice to have:
Experience with invoicing, billing, or order processing
