We are looking for a detail-oriented and welcoming Customer Service Representative to support guest arrivals for an events-related assignment in SeaTac, WA. This is a one-day Contract position focused on creating a smooth and positive first impression for travelers. The person in this role will assist with wayfinding, greet guests in the baggage claim area, and help direct them to their transportation with a friendly and attentive approach.
Job Responsibility
Welcome arriving guests in the airport baggage claim area with a courteous and attentive demeanor
Display event signage clearly so travelers can easily identify where to go upon arrival
Engage with guests promptly, answer basic arrival-related questions, and provide clear directions
Escort guests from the meeting point to their designated vehicles in an organized and efficient manner
Maintain a presentable appearance while standing for extended periods during scheduled shifts
Coordinate with on-site team members to help ensure guest pickups run smoothly and on time
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service or guest-facing support is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, helpful attitude
Ability to remain standing and active for extended periods in an airport environment
Comfortable interacting with travelers and providing clear in-person assistance
Dependable, punctual, and able to follow assigned schedules closely
Ability to maintain a detail-oriented appearance and represent the event team effectively
