Our client is seeking a professional and service-focused Customer Service Representative to support customers, resolve inquiries, and deliver a positive experience with every interaction.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer concerns, provide product or service information, and escalate complex issues when needed
Document customer interactions accurately in company systems
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer needs
Support general administrative or service-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
CRM experience is a plus
High school diploma required
associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
