Job Responsibility
Make outbound calls to a provided list of customers and prospects
Provide information, answer basic questions, and assist with customer needs
Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care on every interaction
Accurately document call details and updates in CRM systems
Follow established scripts and processes while personalizing the customer experience
Meet daily performance goals for call activity and scheduled appointments
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handoffs
Requirements
6+ months of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
Ability to stay organized and manage a steady workflow
Positive attitude and strong reliability
Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
