Job Description

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support policyholders and customers in both English and Spanish from our South Carolina location. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving questions, providing timely service, and handling a high volume of communication with accuracy and professionalism. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact, helping customers by phone and email while maintaining organized records and completing follow-up tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage incoming calls and respond to customer questions in English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy
  • Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, provide updates, and confirm next steps with customers
  • Assist customers with service-related concerns, account questions, and general inquiries while delivering a positive experience
  • Enter customer information, service details, and updates into internal records with a high level of accuracy
  • Draft and respond to email communications clearly and promptly to support customer needs and issue resolution
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments or service interactions based on customer requests and business needs
  • Process order-related information and complete administrative tasks required to support daily customer service operations
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain documentation, track activity, and support reporting needs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for verbal and written customer communication
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred
  • Ability to manage inbound and outbound phone activity in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable handling email correspondence and documenting customer interactions
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to organize tasks, manage schedules, and provide dependable follow-through
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
