Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding products, services, or accounts
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed, accurate records in internal systems
Process requests such as orders, account updates, and service inquiries
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring follow-through and resolution
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering courteous, efficient service
Meet performance metrics related to response time, quality, and productivity
Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations as needed
Requirements:
Previous customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
