Customer Service Representative

• Oversee the entry, review, and completion of customer sales orders using internal platforms and QuickBooks
• Manage purchase order activity and maintain accurate status updates to support on-time processing and delivery
• Follow open orders closely and release them for fulfillment when inventory becomes available
• Assist customers with return requests by coordinating authorization steps and guiding the return process through resolution
• Create pricing quotations and provide timely answers to questions related to products, orders, and account activity
• Maintain customer and order records in Excel-based reports, ensuring information remains current and reliable
• Track daily operational metrics, including order volume and processing performance, and share updates as needed
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve order issues, improve service quality, and support customer satisfaction

• Previous experience supporting sales orders, purchase orders, or related order management activities
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks and strong proficiency with Excel for reporting and data maintenance
• Ability to address customer concerns with sound judgment, professionalism, and a service-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage several tasks accurately at the same time
• Excellent communication skills for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions effectively
• Comfort working in a smaller organization where job duties may extend across multiple operational areas
• Experience in a medical device or other regulated environment is preferred
