We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy customer care team in Sacramento, California. This Contract position is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to assist customers, resolve service-related concerns, and contribute to a responsive, detail-oriented support experience. The ideal candidate brings prior call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams to address customer needs.
Job Responsibility
Handle incoming customer interactions with patience and attention, using thoughtful questions to fully understand each issue and provide accurate support
Route inquiries to the appropriate team members when needed and follow through with internal departments to help resolve service concerns and complaints
Build working knowledge of company processes, services, and transactions to deliver informed assistance and support cross-functional needs when appropriate
Keep customer care leadership informed of recurring issues, service disruptions, or workflow challenges that could affect customers, partners, or business operations
Complete daily work in alignment with company expectations, supervisory guidance, and all applicable regulatory standards
Provide a high level of service in a fast-paced call center environment while maintaining a consistent, customer-focused approach across each interaction
Work onsite five days per week and contribute to a collaborative office-based customer service team
Requirements
At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience is required
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with the ability to manage customer concerns effectively
Experience handling high-volume phone interactions and maintaining composure in a service-driven environment
Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams to support issue resolution
Comfortable working in an onsite setting in Sacramento, California
Spanish language skills are a plus
