Job Responsibility
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner
Resolve issues, complaints, and requests with professionalism and accuracy

Requirements
1–3+ years of customer service or support experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
