Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service across all interactions.

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Process orders, updates, and account changes accurately within internal systems
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve service or account-related issues
  • Provide product, service, or policy information to customers as needed
  • Support administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and scheduling
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative support experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
