Job Responsibility:
Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism, providing timely assistance and clear information
Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, resolve open issues, or confirm order details
Enter customer orders accurately into internal systems while maintaining attention to detail
Manage email correspondence with customers, ensuring messages are handled promptly and thoroughly
Address service questions, troubleshoot routine concerns, and escalate more complex matters when appropriate
Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities
Support daily call center operations by balancing multiple customer needs efficiently and courteously
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone interactions
Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate customer records
Strong written communication skills for clear and accurate email correspondence
Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
