Job Description:

Our client in the commercial plumbing distribution sector is looking for its new junior customer service representative! Salary starting at $21/hr; Full-time weekday schedule; Opportunity for continuous growth and learning within the company.

Job Responsibility:

Taking and following up customer orders
Invoicing and quoting
Telephone sales
After-sales service and customer retention
Front-line customer service to answer customer questions

Requirements:

Bilingualism (many customers and suppliers are outside Quebec)
Experience in customer service (minimum 2 years)
Motivation, ability to learn and an interest in the plumbing business
