We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
Address and resolve customer complaints through activities such as exchanging merchandise, processing refunds, or updating account information
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and follow-up actions
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective customer support
Utilize computer applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, to document and record client information accurately
Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
Support inbound and outbound call operations as needed to address customer concerns
Stay informed about company policies and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date assistance
Assist in administrative tasks related to customer service, such as billing or claim administration
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail
Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Proficiency in using computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook and data entry software
High school diploma required
additional education or certifications preferred
0-2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles
Ability to document and record client information accurately and efficiently
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and resolve issues professionally
Familiarity with handling complaints, processing adjustments, and managing claims
