Job Responsibility
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls daily
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, billing, or account issues
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy
Accurately document customer interactions in CRM or internal systems
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
Meet or exceed service metrics, including call volume, response time, and resolution goals
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
Support additional administrative or customer service tasks as assigned
Requirements
1+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center or fast-paced phone-based environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data entry
Strong attention to detail and ability to remain organized in a fast-paced setting
