We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in New Jersey. This is a Long-term Contract position that requires working fully onsite in a structured office setting. The person in this role will connect with candidates by phone, evaluate their qualifications and availability, and provide a positive, service-focused experience throughout each interaction.
Job Responsibility:
Reach out to prospective candidates by phone to conduct initial conversations and gather key information
Assess scheduling flexibility, interest level, and overall fit based on established hiring criteria
Review candidate backgrounds and verify credentials to support effective qualification decisions
Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively while maintaining a courteous and helpful approach
Enter and update candidate details accurately in tracking systems and related records
Provide clear information, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience during the pre-screening process
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar phone-based role
Comfortable managing both inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
Strong attention to detail when reviewing information and confirming candidate qualifications
Detail-oriented presentation and readiness to work onsite in Woodbridge, New Jersey
Dependable availability for a Monday through Friday schedule
