Customer Service Representative

• Respond to inbound customer calls and address inquiries with attention to detail and in a timely manner
• Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Schedule repair work and communicate with mechanics and vendors as needed
• Handle purchase orders, manage vendor communications, and oversee tow arrangements
• Close repair orders efficiently while maintaining clear records
• Utilize internal systems effectively, adapting quickly to the company's software
• Provide consistent updates to customers regarding their orders or service requests
• Ensure all interactions align with company policies and customer service standards

• Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a call center, service technical or order entry environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency with computer systems and adaptability to new software
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours

Familiarity with vendor management and purchase order processes is a plus
