Customer Service Representative

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor
• Document and update customer records in the system to ensure information accuracy
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service
• Assist in processing orders, returns, and other customer-related transactions
• Monitor and follow up on customer satisfaction to ensure quality service delivery
• Identify opportunities for improving processes and contribute to team efficiency
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings to better assist customers
• Uphold the company’s values and standards in all interactions with clients

• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with basic office software and tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Friendly and attentive to detail when interacting with customers
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment

Experience utilizing ERP systems is preferred
