Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online systems
Provide updates on orders, shipments, and service requests
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist with order entry and service documentation
Support general administrative tasks within the customer service department
Requirements:
1–3 years of customer service or administrative support experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer requests simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems
