Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in West Middlesex, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our company and customers, ensuring exceptional service and efficient communication. This is a long-term contract position within the manufacturing industry, offering a stable opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Accurately enter customer orders into the system while adhering to company guidelines
  • Provide detailed pricing information and create price quotes based on customer needs
  • Address and resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams
  • Maintain thorough and organized records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assist customers with product information and availability inquiries
  • Ensure all data entered into the system is accurate and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about company products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing timely responses
  • Familiarity with order entry and pricing processes
