We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Marlton, New Jersey. In this contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive communication and efficient service. This position requires working onsite for 25-30 hours per week and is expected to last 3-6 weeks, with the potential for extension.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to inbound customer calls and address inquiries with accuracy
Handle outbound calls to follow up with clients and provide additional support as needed
Process orders efficiently and ensure data entry is completed accurately
Assist customers in resolving issues related to sales and services
Promote upselling opportunities by understanding client needs and recommending suitable solutions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines
Utilize computer systems effectively to manage customer accounts and process information
Deliver exceptional customer service to uphold the company’s standards and reputation
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with order entry systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Capability to work onsite in Marlton, New Jersey
Availability to work 25-30 hours per week during the contract period
