This is a full-time, permanent position, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. We are looking for a candidate with high empathy and a results-driven attitude to support our client's sales team in pricing, contract negotiations, and the onboarding of new high-value accounts.
Job Responsibility:
Provide high-quality customer care and troubleshooting assistance on behalf of the sales team to ensure client satisfaction
Manage the onboarding process for new customers, liaising with all internal departments to ensure a smooth transition
Maintain and organize customer accounts within the CRM system using HubSpot, ensuring all information is accurate
Support the sales team by preparing precise quotations, estimates, and sales contracts for contract negotiations
Actively engage with the operations department to monitor transit and delivery status for key accounts
Troubleshoot and provide dedicated support to "At-Risk" accounts to ensure retention and service recovery
Requirements:
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a focus on building professional relationships
Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics sales, operations, or a dedicated customer care role
Post secondary degree is highly preferred
Strong technological mindset, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot experience is a significant asset)
High level of attention to detail and accuracy when managing complex data and contracts
Ability to commute to Mississauga 5 days a week (8:00AM-5:00PM)
