Customer Service Representative position for the Graveyard Shift (10P-6A) at a Circle K store. The role involves providing customer service, operating various equipment, maintaining store cleanliness, handling merchandise and financial controls, and performing administrative duties.
Job Responsibility:
Provides prompt excellent customer service
Greets and thanks customers
Offers suggestions or recommendations
Rings up sales on cash register
Handles money, checks, and other payments
Operates fuel console, lottery machines, money order machine, telecom transactions
Reports to work on time
Follows dress code
Maintains store facility condition and equipment
Performs cleaning duties
Inspects store for safety and proper working order
Notifies Store Manager of equipment failure
Completes build-to's for ordering merchandise
Receives and verifies vendor deliveries
Maintains adequate stock and rotates stock
Places advertising and pricing signage
Controls merchandise, cash shortages, and selling expenses
Assists in maintaining inventory and shift audits
Keeps accurate cash, sales, and inventory records
Reports incidents (injuries, theft, damage) to Store Manager
Keeps accurate shift and timekeeping paperwork
May take inventory of supplies
Attends job-related meetings
Provides regular onsite attendance
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience in retail sales preferred
Ability to accurately operate a variety of equipment (cash registers, scanners, beverage dispensers)
Ability to work as scheduled including arriving on time
Ability to communicate information and ideas
Ability to perform the four basic arithmetic operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) preferred
Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions
