Job Responsibility:
Process applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with established guidelines
Address customer inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and helpful responses
Handle both inbound and outbound calls to support customer needs and resolve issues
Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions using internal systems
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Perform data entry tasks related to customer orders and applications
Demonstrate attention to detail and maintain a courteous demeanor in all communication with customers
Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues or escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
Support team goals by contributing to a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
Strong computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and order processing systems
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
