Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for motivated Customer Service Representatives who thrive in a research-driven, inbound-low volume call center environment and are eager to grow into long-term careers. As Customer Service Representatives, you will support advisors and clients with insurance and annuity product inquiries while developing deep product knowledge and professional expertise.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, troubleshooting service issues and accurately entering service requests for resolution
Educate clients and advisors on systems, procedures, and self-service options
escalate complex issues as needed
Respond to customer inquiries across multiple systems and collaborate with internal teams to resolve outstanding questions
Process routine transactions and account service requests via web and paper forms in a timely and accurate manner
Manage 20-30 inbound and outbound calls daily, while documenting all interactions in designated systems for compliance and tracking
Research and resolve complex, legacy product inquiries in real time
Take ownership of customer concerns and drive resolution through strong follow-up and communication

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of excellent customer service and interpersonal skills experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High learning agility with ability to absorb complex information in facilitator-led and self-study training environments
Ability to explain complex policies and concepts clearly and concisely

Nice to have:

Experience in financial services or product-specific environments
Desire to pursue FINRA licensing as part of career advancement
