Working as part of a busy internal sales team, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering excellent customer service: Identifying opportunities to increase customer spend and fill product gaps; Building strong relationships to encourage repeat business; Managing inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries; Processing orders, returns, and pro formas accurately; Providing pricing, stock, and delivery information; Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner; Working towards individual and team KPIs and sales targets

Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
Strong sales mindset with a proactive approach
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Confident telephone manner with a customer-first attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Quick to learn new systems and processes
A team player who can also work independently
What we offer
£28,500 base salary
Quarterly bonus scheme (up to 5% per quarter / 20% annually)
