Amazing opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is accomplished, creative problem solver and proactive for this role.

Job Responsibility:

Receiving and placing telephone calls
Corresponding via email and chat
Understand products to be able to answer questions and assist with upsell
Accurately enter customer information into the system

Requirements:

Previous experience with CSR and data entry
Strong client services orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
