A growing manufacturing is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will serve as the key liaison between customers and internal operations. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives on communication, organization, and problem-solving.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Manage orders, quotes, and customer requests from start to finish
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely production and delivery
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and customer data
Proactively communicate updates and resolve customer issues
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365
Experience with ERP systems is a plus
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Nice to have:
