Customer Service Representative

• Respond to a high volume of inbound calls daily, ranging from 30 to 90, regarding garbage collection services
• Provide clear and accurate information to customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly
• Resolve service-related issues using effective problem-solving techniques to achieve customer satisfaction
• Maintain professionalism and patience while working in a lively and fast-paced environment
• Record customer interactions meticulously to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up
• Coordinate with team members to meet collective goals while also working independently
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing competing priorities effectively

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and detail oriented under pressure
• Strong communication skills paired with active listening abilities
• Proven capacity to multitask while adapting to dynamic situations
• Self-motivated individual with a collaborative approach to teamwork
